Students from St. Joan of Arc School attended St. Athanasius Church for the profession of faith ceremony on Sunday, November 5, 2023.
The school, through the liturgy department, and with the help of the catechist, prepared pupils to make their Profession of Faith in advance of Confirmation. One staff member also made the Profession of Faith this year. November 5 was Visitation Day of term three, so parents could also come to witness and celebrate with the confirmation candidates.
As part of the church ceremony, P.7 candidates were blessed in advance of taking the national Primary Leaving Exams (PLE) scheduled for November 8 and 9.
