The primary objective of Arc of Hope is to educate elementary school children in this remote part of the bush of Central Uganda. The original goal was to build a campus for up to 800 children at which point tuition and board income would make it self-sustaining.  While enrollment is 822 at the start of Term II on 5/27/24, continuing effects of the pandemic and a severe drought have negatively impacted the finances of families already hovering at the poverty level, and consequently significantly reduced tuition income.

Arc of Hope helps close the gap by funding the school’s operating deficit. This insures competitive teacher and staff salaries, and a safe and nurturing school environment.

Your donations make it possible for Arc of Hope to provide this funding and maintain operations while the school continues on its path to self-sustainability.
